Ordering, Delivery, and Shipping

We serve mainly Canadian residents. We can ship to the USA occasionally, under special request. Please email us if you are in the United States and wish to place an order that is not firearm related.



We do not ship internationally.

When an order is placed, it is subject to in store availability. This means that while items are listed as in stock on our website, they may be sold in our store location as well. If this occurs, the order will be cancelled. You will receive a full refund for that item if payment has been made.

Orders can take 1-3 business days to process and ship, but are usually processed the same day or following if it is after 3pm. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. After placing your order, you will be contacted by one of our employees to collect payment via EMT. Once payment has cleared, your item will be shipped, and a tracking ID provided.

All firearm and ammunition related orders are subject to licence validation.

All sales are final. If the buyer wishes to cancel an order before it has been shipped, the buyer must send a request-found at the bottom of our website in the Customer Service section. The request will be processed. It may be granted or denied. If the cancellation is granted, the buyer will be charged a 10% fee.

Firearms, ammunition and jewellery are shipped through Canada Post Expedited Parcel (guaranteed 1-4 business days by Canada Post) with insurance and signature. All firearms are shipped for a flat rate of $29.99 plus gst. All other items are shipped though Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

When an order is placed for a Restricted firearm, we initiate the transfer after validating the buyers license, and after payment through EMT has been received. If the buyer would like to cancel an order on a Restricted firearm, there is a $25.00 fee to reverse the transfer.

Please note that Canada Post is a third party carrier, and Pawnking.ca cannot be responsible for delays in shipping once the order is in transit. If the item is lost by Canada Post, Pawnking.ca will process a claim and issue a refund or replacement once the claim is completed. Items that are lost by Canada Post will be refunded or replaced only after the shipping company has completed its investigation and has determined the package to be lost.

Please note that we are not a big box store! We are people and we genuinely care about honesty and true customer service. We do not accept harassment or abuse through dealings on our website. If there is a problem, we will do our absolute best to correct any mistakes.
